Traffic Restrictions During the Human Chain The Road of Freedom

On 23 August 2020 a human chain event The Road of Freedom will take place on the main road A3 Vilnius–Minsk section from Vilnius to Medininkai border crossing point.

To ensure traffic safety of vehicles and pedestrians, the following traffic restrictions will be introduced on the main road A3 Vinius–Minsk on 23 August 2020 from 15:00 until 21:00:

– the permitted speed will be limited to  50 km/h on the road A3 Vilnius–Minsk section from km 12.0 to 38.2 km in both directions;

– stopping and parking will be forbidden on the right side of the road A3 Vilnius–Minskas section from km 12.0 to km 38.2 in the direction Vilnius–Medininkai;

– the permitted speed will be limited to 50 km/h on the left side of the road A3 Vilnius–Minsk section from km 7.0 to km 12.0 in the direction Skaidiškės–Liepkalnis.

We kindly ask drivers and event participants to observe the road signs and instructions of police officers.
